Return & Exchange Policy – Stylise BD

To ensure a better shopping experience, we offer a Return & Exchange Policy under the following conditions:


Conditions for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  1. Manufacturing Defect
    The product has a major manufacturing defect.

  2. Damaged During Delivery
    The product was damaged during delivery (must be reported immediately in front of the delivery personnel).

  3. Wrong Item Received
    You received the wrong product, size, or color.

  4. Issue Reporting Timeline
    Any issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product for exchange eligibility.

  5. Late Reporting
    If the issue is not reported within 3 days, the request may be declined and return/exchange might not be accepted.

  6. Exchange for Change of Mind
    If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind or any reason not listed above, the customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery charges.

  7. Return for Change of Mind
    If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:

    • The delivery charge must be paid to the delivery agent.

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Stylise BD reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Refund Policy – Stylise BD

At Stylise BD, we are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.

  1. Out of Stock Situations
    If a product becomes out of stock after placing an order and cannot be delivered within 7–10 working days, customers may request a refund.

    • The refund process may take 5–7 working days to complete.

  2. Refund Limitations
    Refunds are only applicable in cases of product unavailability.
    Refunds will not be applicable for any other circumstances.
